Dr. Jandali is board certified in pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine, and sleep medicine. After completing his fellowship in New York at the New York Presbyterian Hospital, Cornell University, Dr. Jandali has been practicing in Northwest Indiana since 2002. Doctor Jandali accepts new patients in the office as well as inpatient consultations at Community Hospital, St. Catherine's Hospital.
Dr. Shwaiki is board certified in pulmonary medicine as well as critical care medicine. Doctor Shwaiki has been practicing in Northwest Indiana since 2007 and previous to that was at the University of Connecticut where his did his fellowship. Dr. Shwaiki is accepting new patients in office as well as treating patients at Community Hospital, St. Catherine's Hospital, and Regency Hospital.
Dr. Srour is Board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Srour finished his Internal medicine residency in Staten Island University, NY and completed his Pulmonary, Critical care and sleep medicine Fellowship in Cook County Hospital, Chicago. Dr. Srour practiced in Baltimore area and Pittsburgh area before relocating to Northwest Indiana to Join Chest Physician Consultants. Dr. Srour is accepting new patients in office as well as treating patients in the hospital at St. Catherine's Hospital, Regency Hospital, and Community Hospital.
Dr. Martin holds board certifications in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine. He completed residency training at The University of Louisville School of Medicine, where he was also selected as Chief Resident. He furthered his education in Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he earned the distinction Chief Fellow. In recognition of his efforts during the global pandemic, Dr. Martin was presented the Cardiovascular Research Foundation of Southern California Hero of COVID award. He is now welcoming new patients in his office and as inpatient consults at Community Hospital, St. Catherine’s Hospital, and Community Stroke & Rehabilitation Center.
